Cyprus loves to communicate.  He wants to talk to anyone that will spend the time to pay attention to him, no matter who they are or where we are at.  It is a quality that I find that I already admire about him.  Many babies are like this when they are young, but Cyprus seems to seek situations out that allow him to communicate with people.

I work very hard to put down whatever I am doing when he wants to talk so that I can give him all my attention.  I say random things to him and talk about this and that, but my favorite thing is to tell him how wonderful he is.  One of my favorite things to tell him is how handsome he is.  I call him” HANNNNDSOME MAN” in a very specific tone of voice, and it almost always elicits a smile or a giggle out of him.  I have been trying to get a photo of him smiling for the camera, and I have done a miserable job doing it.  That doesn’t stop me from taking nice photos of his beautiful handsome face though.

These are some of the attempts I have made of getting smiling photos.  They do work ok for all intents and purposes, but I don’t feel like they are money shots at all yet.  I will be sure to inform you when I get the money smiling/giggling photo.
