We have to be REALLY careful what we say and do around Daphne these days.  She has picked up quite a few choice words from her dad and I, and she tends to use them, correctly, with correct pronunciation in public situations.

Actions are also important.  If I want to eat ice cream, I need to prepare and eat it in a room alone.  If I want to use a straw with something, it has to be done out of sight, etc.

After seeing that Papa likes to use a toothpick after his meals, Daphne decided it was important for her to do as well.  Mind you, this was LONG after he had gone home.  She is just too smart for her own good sometimes.
