Tasty Protein Snack

I am always looking for a nice tasty snack for the family. Â I saw some snack bars at a health food store that inspired me to make these. Â This snack is high in protein, low in sugar and it tastes amazing.

1 1/2 cups sunflower seeds
2 tbsp wheat germ
1/2 cup  + 2 tbsp flax seeds
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
3 tbsp honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
Heat the peanut butter together with the honey until loose.  Mix other ingredients together and stir in the warm peanut butter and honey.  Form into canals and put into the refrigerator.  These are the most simple and tasty snack ever.  Enjoy
