Cyprus is quickly approaching 6 months of age. He is showing a great interest in the food on our plates, especially when we hold him and try to eat.

I have tried to feed him food, and he is just not quite ready. I have three criteria 1.) he must have at least 1 tooth 2.) he must be able to sit up and 3.) he must be rid of his tongue thrust reflex. He is not meeting any of those criteria yet, so though his 6 month birthday is this week, he will NOT be eating food yet.

He sure looks ready though, doesn’t he?
