Cyprus turned 6 months old on December 30th. That is the first sign of eating. The other three are 1.) getting teeth, 2.) sitting up and 3.) not spitting food out with the tongue.

In the last week, Cyprus learned how to sit up by himself and he got a new tooth. His core sitting muscles are really strong now, and he can sit and play alone for a period of time.

Since he now has a tooth I decided to give feeding him a try. I mashed up avocado at breakfast and started feeding it to him. He is still spitting food out everywhere. It was a disaster. At least now I know he is not ready yet. It is fun to experiment.
