I got bit pretty hard by the knitting bug on my "vacation."

It is a 6 hour drive on the way over, so I loaded around 100 Knit Picks podcasts onto my Ipod for the trip. The diversion worked QUITE well. The time seemed to fly as I drove, and I really enjoyed the podcasts.

In fact, the podcasts made me feel much more confident as a knitter. As soon as I finish up the projects I am working on, I will be starting some more difficult tasks that challenge me as a knitter.

I took this cozy photo while I was enjoying working on the sweater for Cyprus. I ran out of yarn shortly thereafter, and things are now waiting for me to get spinning so that I can complete the sweater project.

I got to put in a good LOT of knitting time while I was gone, and that thrilled me to no end!
