In case this fact has completely passed you by, I LOVE having a baby in the house. The truth is that since Cyprus was born I have rarely shared him with anyone. I like to hold him when he is sleeping. I like to have him sleep in the middle of the bed. I like to feed him and nurse him and rock him and snuggle him. Jared gets to carry him very little, especially when we are out of the house.

Cyprus is now mobile and crawling and he’s quickly growing up beyond baby hood. He is wiggly and wants to be down on the floor sometimes, not in my arms snuggling me.

However, he is snuggly when he is asleep.

I like this portrait of me and my amazingly sweet baby since he isn’t going to be a baby for too much longer.

While I love this high-key portrait, I will be starting to work on some low-key stuff for fun soon.
