Wednesdays are a big day for us. Today was a long series of activities. We went shopping at 10am and then headed to story time. Story times was followed by a long walk which was then followed by an hour of swimming. After swimming we met a friend for coffee and a small snack before heading out to a friend’s farm for a long walk. As soon as we got home we were out walking in our neighborhood again.

So much activity, and it is no wonder that I asked Jared to get a pizza for dinner because I was too tired to figure anything else out.

This here is Daphne at breakfast not really eating the eggs that I had cooked for her. It is a good thing that I am a patient and loving mom most of the time.

Surprisingly, Daphne didn’t eat almost anything all day, but she made it through the day without melting down at all. She had nothing but the most perfect of manners for everything, and I am proud of her. She is now happily sleeping, and I have not heard one peep from her all night!
