It is spring time! Rebecca, Oliver, Daphne, Cyprus and I headed out to a local park to harvest some nettle that we could use to make nettle pasta. Nettles are an incredible spring eating green as long as your remember that they need to be blanched before you eat them (they sting otherwise).

Cyprus enjoyed being outside with us. It was a gorgeous day, and everything was perfect. Cyprus got to crawl around on the trail for a while and explore, of course he really enjoyed it. I am still finding pieces of forest in his longies days later!
