Nano came up for a visit, and boy did the kids love her company. Grandmas are always interesting and exciting people, and they played together non stop during the whole visit.

When you are 1, there is no telling what you will find intriguing.

I went to a fiber festival and came home with this little inexpensive spindle and some pencil roving. My intention was to give it to Daphne to work with so that she can learn to spin.

It turns out that she is a spinning maniac. She loves to do it, and she has logged a lot of hours spinning away the pencil roving. She says she intends to make a scarf for herself.

Mr. Cyprus gets to eat his dinner and wear it too.

Every little girl needs a kitten to grow up with.

I must admit that getting these cats young and letting them grow up with the kids was a perfect call. They are the sweetest most darling things. They would never make a move to hurt either of the kids no matter what. I think they even like the attention ( I mean abuse)!
